2. Data and purposes

We process account and profile data, EA ID and platform, live searches, club status and club listings, connection data, ratings, uploaded team screenshots, submitted challenge clips including titles and optional descriptions, rights confirmations, votes, moderation and security data, and technically necessary logs. This provides authentication, player matching, community features, operation of the monthly challenge, abuse prevention, and legal handling.

3. Legal bases

Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests in operating a safe service, legal obligations, and consent where explicitly requested.

4. Recipients and processors

We use hosting, Supabase for the database, Hostinger for transactional email, and—once enabled—Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Transfers depend on the providers’ locations and safeguards.

5. Retention

Account data and submitted clips generally remain until account deletion or moderation deletion. Challenge results and the recorded rights confirmation may be retained longer where necessary as evidence. Searches and security data are retained only as long as operations, abuse prevention, or legal duties require. Legal notices follow the configured retention policy.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and may complain to a data protection authority. Contact the address above.

7. Cookies

We currently use only technically necessary session and language settings. Advertising and analytics tracking are not enabled.
